 Refund Policy

Low Season: Full refund given with 30 days notice of cancellation, less than 30 days

but more than 14will incur a 50% loss of deposit - no refund for less than 14 days

notice of cancellation.

School / Public Holiday  Cancellations: No refund of deposit during peak times

Room Allocation 

 Apartments will be allocatedby the Manager the morning of your

arrival, however apartments may be requested and every effort

wwill be made to ensure your wishes are fulfilled. You may request

a class ofroom (ie ground floor, top floor)and this request will

be given priority
